Almost certainly, your bigger rivals will have greater resources than you: More people, more geographical coverage, a bigger/slicker website, more money.
Don't try to compete on these terms. You will not win.
Instead, focus on what you do have: Your time, the personal-ness of your approach, your local presence and local contacts, your on-the-ground customer interaction, and your passion for delivering the perfect customer experience.
